Brand intake
We start by mapping a manufacturer’s full catalog — SKUs, scales, materials, current pricing, and stock levels — alongside their trade terms and priorities for which markets to enter first.
Process
USMD manages the handoffs between a Ukrainian workshop and an international shelf, so each side only has to manage one relationship.
We start by mapping a manufacturer’s full catalog — SKUs, scales, materials, current pricing, and stock levels — alongside their trade terms and priorities for which markets to enter first.
USMD presents the finished brand profile to distributors, hobby shops, and specialty retailers already active in scale modeling, matching brands to the partners best positioned to sell them.
Once a partnership is confirmed, we coordinate day-to-day communication, invoicing and payment processing, export documentation, and the physical shipping flow from Ukraine to the partner’s warehouse.
Partners get ongoing access to new releases and the wider USMD catalog, with a single point of contact for reorders, launches, and any issues that come up along the way.
Illustrative only — actual timing depends on the brand, destination, and order size.
